Dryer Tips

The most common complaint is that your dryer is running but there is no heat. Many times this could be a fault in your voltage coming from the outlet. For an electric dryer to efficiently run and properly heat you should have a constant 240 volts. Call us to have your outlet checked for the proper voltage.

Most dryers are very simple machines and most never really need full replacing. Repairing a dryer is very cost-effective and affordable. If you suspect a problem with your dryer and would like to evaluate the need for a new purchase call us first.

Dryer taking too long to dry? Check the vent system first. A clogged or faulty venting system can affect drying time.

To prevent fires and be sure that your dryer is safe for your home, replace a white vinyl vent hose with a UL-approved aluminum dryer type hose and vent system.

For a thorough analysis of your dryer and how we might be able to extend it's life or correct some current problems, please call us.
